A. Lisa, in my experience it would not be an easy task to do that sort of thing strictly via the internet and at no cost. The licensed MDs on Y!A usually work with extremely difficult cases (misdiagnosis, complex disorders, etc). If you don't mind some suggestions, I'm happy to offer some. You can ask questions here and if anyone has good advice, you will find a lot of people here won't judge you (just ignore the trolls!). If you want to try this, address one issue per post and try to include anything you believe is relevant to that specific issue. I've seen everything here. There is no reason to be embarrassed. If you need help, then this is a step in the right direction. Come get what is yours - a fulfilling life!

How many of you like to receive things for free?
Q. Ever heard the phrase, "Nothing in life is free."? I have..and it has a ring of truth to it. When free samples are given at the supermarket, do you flock to get this tiny sample, "free"? I have! A. getting it for free other then a 30day trial is illegal. And that site is not an official adobe download site. which would make it illegal and probably unsafe. You can download GIMP which is a free open source image editor. it can do almost anything photoshop can.

To people who fly here, get off the plane and check into the hospital, get whatever they need done fixed and then get on the plane to go home without paying a cent. A. Yeah, alternative health care providers have had this information for years. You have to look out for yourself in this day and age. Stevia isn't bad, but a bit too sweet for me. I am not diabetic, so I prefer Xylitol. I don't know if a diabetic could use it though. Where would you buy a kitchen that builders install?
Q. I have builders in my house atm and they are doing the kitchen area and making it all open plan and plastering. However, we can't actually afford a kitchen yet so we are just leaving the old one here free standing in the area until we can and the buildings have been asking questions that imply to me that they'd be happy to install a kitchen when i get one. I like the builders, so i wouldn't mind, but i don't know where i'd buy one from... All the kitchen sites i've seen do installation too.
